Well, I’ve managed to find a bit of time to get back to CNC milling PCBs, which is what I bought my mill for in the first place.
I also discovered an excellent article on Instructables about how to create UV curable solder masks at home. It requires a few bits of equipment – a laminator and UV lamp – to add the solder mask to the board and such away the mask to expose the pads. However it was pretty easy and I created a working mask first go.
The board I made was yet another version of the very simple PeeLight circuit, and it turned out as shown. The dodgy phone photo doesn’t do it justice.
